"Most clairfiying shampoos completely strip my hair of all moisture. Especially since getting highlights, my hair feels even more dry after using. This Detox Shampoo left my hair and scalp feeling clean clean, but still moisturized. The shampoo lathered nicely and the you could feel the menthol without it being overpowering. The scent was fresh and clean as well, this was overfall just a really nice shampoo and perfect if you have a ton of buildup, or you are prepping your hair for a silk press. I guess your shampoo dissolved years of build up plus I use much gel lotions which was difficult to shampoo off.
