"I saw other reviews complaining about the gift cards and I assumed incorrectly that the same thing wouldn’t happen to me. Purchased a gift card for my sister in law who was about to leave for a trip. I hoped the card would be sent while we were together before she left. The card was never sent. And once I asked about a refund the customer service could’ve been better. Offered nothing for the inconvenience. And Pattern wanted me to confirm if she ever received it which meant contacting her while she was on vacation which I didn’t want to do or think was necessary. I’m not sure how hard it is to send a digital gift card but it shouldn’t be this hard 🫤 I won’t buy another one from this company’s"

"I bought a gift card and set the send time to be on Christmas so it could be delivered as a gift, and it was never delivered. The product only came after I followed up with a customer service rep to request a refund. I was also unable to receive any compensation for a situation in which someone "forgot" to fufill my order."

"It allowed me to select date I wanted it emailed during checkout but did not say there was an automatic 24-48 processing time so therefore it shouldn’t allow you to select dates within that timeframe. I had to call in to ensure my gift card would be rush processed so the recipient received it on their special day."
