"This lightweight hairspray helps set my hairstyle, providing a workable finish. Once dry, my hair feels more 'set'. It isn't something that allows me to run my fingers through as easily as other flexible finish hairsprays. The light scent is what I would consider a natural, almost earthy scent that I am not the biggest fan of. The scent isn't offputting but it does linger for awhile. I’ve been waiting for Pattern

"I’ve been waiting for Pattern to drop a hairspray! I used it on my natural type 4 hair and on type 4 extensions that I curled with a curling iron. I appreciate the flexible-hold formula because it kept my hair SOFT. You don’t have to worry about crunchy hair like you do with some hairspray formulas. My curls stayed in place, but once the weather turned a little humid, they didn’t last as long. I wasn’t able to get a full day of curls with it, so keep that in mind. The packaging is GORGEOUS. However, I am NOT a fan of the scent at all. It’s very strong, though thankfully it doesn’t linger too long. For the price and size, I’d hope for a bit better performance. Overall, it’s a decent hairspray, especially since the formula is made for styles like Bantu knots and other natural styles. I appreciate the attention to our varying natural hairstyles and types! Gifted by Pattern Beauty."
