Not helpful for me

"Oh we been using this product for a month or so and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, but I get zero slip or detangling from it. I’ve tried using it prior to and after shampooing and it makes no difference. I have long thin curly hair that frizzes and breaks easily. Unfortunately, I can only detangle my hair with the hair masque that I use. I like the hair styling and shampoo products I use from pattern and the hair masque. But This product was sadly not helpful."

Is it soap?

"I’m confused. I’m wondering if mine was filled with the wrong content. It foams up a lot, like soap, has zero slip, and doesn’t detangle my hair at all. The cleansing shampoo gave me more slip than this. I think this needs to be reformulated. I’ve tried it on damp and dry hair, and it’s the same bad results with each."
