PATTERN Beauty will replace, at our sole discretion, your appliance for 24 months from the date of purchase if the appliance proves defective in workmanship or materials.

Product Registration
To register a new purchase, please have the product and original packaging on hand. The product must be registered to submit a warranty claim.
Submitting a Warranty Claim
If you have not registered your product, please register here. Once you have registered your product, please contact us with a description of your issue and we'll be happy to help.
This limited warranty only applies to genuine PATTERN Beauty products purchased through PATTERN-approved retailers, and does not cover products repaired or serviced by anyone other than PATTERN personnel or PATTERN representatives.
Note this warranty may be invalidated where serial numbers or identification has been erased, damaged or modified. To obtain service under this warranty, please visit www.patternbeauty.com/pages/warranty to submit a warranty claim or call us at (833) 99-CURLS to receive detailed instructions.
Please note we are only able to offer warranty replacements for the original item purchased. Please ensure that you include a proof of purchase with any returned product. Therefore please ensure you keep your proof of purchase in a safe place in order to validate your warranty.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE 24-MONTH DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN, LIMITED WARRANTY.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. IN NO EVENT SHALL PATTERN BEAUTY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

What does the warranty not cover?
This limited warranty does not cover:
1) damage due to misuse or abuse, such as incorrect voltage supply, dropping, or failure to following enclosed instructions
2) tampering, such as repair or attempt to repair
3) damage caused by connecting accessories (e.g. nozzles, diffusers etc.) supplied by other manufacturers
4) normal wear and tear
5) lost or misplaced attachments. Replacement attachments are available for purchase if you contact our customer care team at hello@patternbeauty.com
