We wanted to send along good vibes given the current state of affairs with COVID-19.
Please stay connected to friends & family for updates & giggles (via tech), call vulnerable loved ones regularly to let them know you care & to say hi & practice social distancing. The experts say that making daily choices to stay away from each other as much as possible will have the greatest impact in a preemptive way.
I know things feel scary & weird. I've been taking deep & slow inhales, then imagining all my tension, fear & anxiety leaving with each gentle exhale. I've been settling in for some closet clean out, & I have some books I've been wanting to read. Gratitude lists with friends via text keep the attention on the good. Keep the joy going!
