First let me say thank you, the smell is amazing. My hair fell in love with how easy it was to detangle & soak up this conditioner. My texture is a 3C. Most conditioners would sit on my hair & make my curls dull & flat. This lightweight conditioner had my curls curly & bouncy. Thanks PATTERN.

Almost in love

"Pros: I love the weight/texture of the conditioner and the smell is so, so good. I don't typically like scented products, but this one has just enough scent without being overpowering and makes me feel like I'm treating myself to an expensive salon treatment. The conditioner also leaves my hair very soft. Cons: In combination with the shampoo, my hair is just a bit TOO soft. I hoped that the lightweight conditioner would be the right level of moisture, but sadly, my curls lose their bounce."

Poor Packaging

"I genuinely love this shampoo and conditioner, which is why this experience is so disappointing. The products themselves are amazing, but this is now the **second time** I've ordered them, and the **second time** my shampoo bottle has arrived broken. When I opened the package, nearly half of the shampoo had leaked out. At approximately **$40 per bottle**, it's frustrating to receive a damaged product with so much of it wasted. Whether the damage occurred during shipping or not, the packaging clearly isn't protecting the product well enough. I believe the packaging needs to be improved to prevent this from continuing to happen. I truly enjoy these products and want to continue supporting the brand, but it's difficult to justify paying full price when I'm only receiving about half of the shampoo by the time it reaches me. I hope this issue is addressed because the quality of the products deserves packaging that protects them."
